1990

Indmark Formtech was established, marking the beginning of its journey in industrial manufacturing and erection materials.

1996

Indmark Formtech started its 1st manufacturing unit in Kudalwadi Chikhli, Pune.

2003

Indmark Formtech started a new manufacturing unit in Bhosari, Pune.

2003

Indmark Formtech achieved ISO Certification — a milestone in quality management and process standards.

2009

Indmark set up its own modern Hot-Dip Galvanizing unit in Chakan, Pune — adding in-house corrosion protection capability.

2016

Indmark started its new venture in the packaging industry under the brand name Indmark Paperform Pvt. Ltd. in Chakan MIDC.

2017

Indmark Paperform received ISO Certification, reinforcing group-wide quality standards.

2019

Indmark Paperform started its 2nd manufacturing unit in Hyderabad, expanding its national footprint.

2021

Indmark Paperform started its 3rd and biggest manufacturing unit in Chakan, Pune — spread across 1,80,000 sq. ft.

2023
